A leadership programme resourced by City Hope

“Previous journeys in search of treasure have taught me that a zigzag strategy is the best way ahead.” (Tahir Shah)

The Sharpen Your Zig & Develop Your Zag programme is designed with three things in mind:
- Leadership is about taking people with you on a journey of common purpose and direction
- The journey is unpredictable … more akin to navigating choppy seas than driving along a straight road
- We want to help you navigate your voyage more effectively and reach your destinations

If you are in a leadership position running a business, responsible for a student project, leading a home group, managing a team at work, pastoring a church, running a social enterprise or the ilk … AND … you want to sharpen up and develop then this could be the programme for you.

John D. H. Greenway loves helping people find their purpose, clarify their priorities and fulfil their potential. He has over 25 years' experience of helping business leaders build winning teams. He distilled his insights into his first book "Leaders' Map: helping doers think and thinkers do." He wanted to follow it up with a practical self coaching book and so began the collaboration with his friends Andy Blacknell and Andy Coombe and the result was Leaders' Journal. The Zig/Zag leadership programme is led and run by John and is based on material found in the Leaders' Journal book. John is also one of the elders at City Hope Church
