Keeping in contact with you and your children

Home Visits

City Hope has been running a Saturday morning Kids Club in one form or another for the last 10 years.  Over these years we have found that visiting the children who attend our clubs each week in their homes has been a vital part of helping children feel a part of what we do and has enabled us to stay in contact with parents.

If your child has attended our Saturday Club recently then each week prior to a Club you should get a visit from one of our workers.  Each visit brings a competition sheet for your child or children that can be brought to the Club and used to try and win prizes.  This really helps children feel part of what goes on at the Club enabling them to get the most enjoyment out of it.

In addition to the weekly competition sheet the home visits helps us get to know you better and you to get to know us better.  They are useful in communicating other events the church may be doing and to keep you informed with the latest Saturday Kids Club dates and holiday breaks.

If your child has been attending our Club and you have not yet received a home visit then please bear with us as Kids Club is run by a small and committed army of volunteers and it is not always possible to get around to everyone.  We will keep doing our best though!
